Delete your wadaCrush account

This page belongs to Yodha LLC · wadaCrush, the team behind the wadaCrush app. Share this URL on the Google Play Store so members can always find clear instructions on how to wipe their account and personal data.

Request deletion from inside the app

Follow these steps if you still have access to the wadaCrush app:

  1. Open the wadaCrush app and sign in with the account that you want removed.
  2. Tap the wadaCrush logo menu → Settings → Account.
  3. Choose Delete, review the reminder about premium credit donations, then tap Delete again to confirm.
  4. We immediately sign you out, mark the account for deletion, and start purging your personal data within 7 days.

Need a break instead? Select Hibernate on the same screen to pause your profile without deleting it.

No access to the app?

Contact us with the subject “Delete my wadaCrush account” if you:

  • lost your phone
  • forgot login credentials linked to the account
  • need to act on behalf of someone else (parent/guardian request)

Send an email to support@wadacrush.com or submit the support form with:

  • The email address and/or phone number used inside wadaCrush.
  • A screenshot of any recent login or purchase receipt (optional but helps us verify faster).
  • Whether you want credits donated to a specific user before deletion.

Our support team replies within 7 business days with a confirmation or follow-up request if additional verification is required.

What gets deleted

  • Profile information (name, alias, photo, bio, location, preferences).
  • Primary and secondary contact details (email, phone, alias handles).
  • Crush activity, chat history, nudges, and vault credit balances.
  • Device identifiers, push tokens, and in-app analytics identifiers.
  • Pending crush invitations or secret admirer messages linked to you.

What we must keep (temporarily)

  • Payment receipts, chargeback details, and invoices retained up to 7 years for tax and audit requirements.
  • Fraud prevention and abuse reports, so we can honor safety blocks retained as legally required.
  • Server logs and backups that may still reference your user ID purged within 30 days.
  • Aggregated, anonymized metrics (e.g., “% of users deleting accounts”) that no longer identify you.

Once the deletion window closes, your profile can’t be restored. If you come back to wadaCrush later, you’ll need to create a fresh account and obtain a new crush or referral code.
